Aero República goes Embraer double digit

Colombia’s AeroRepublica has gone into Embraer double figures with the delivery of it’s tenth E190 jet aircraft. The new arrival is part of the airlines ongoing aircraft renewal programme that has now been in place for 2 years and is appx 75% complete, quite impressive.

The airliner will be used on a variety of domestic routes and will bolster AeroRepública’s international route to Panama City where connections are available across partner airline, Copa Airlines route network. Panama City has excellent connections to destinations throughout the Americas which is why it is the "hub of the Americas".

Of the Embraer 190aircraft the AeroRepública President waxed lyrically "we offer our passengers a young and modern fleet of aircraft, the youngest in Colombia offers a flying experience that is not only enjoyable but also safe this new generation of aircraft provides extremely high levels of comfort and reliability it is a very fuel efficient aircraft a cutting edge aeroplane of international stature". We think the Pres is impressed, and why not.The 11th of the 106 all leather seated E190 id due to join the AeroRepública stable in March. As more aircraft join the fleet and routes are developed AeroRepública is determined to continue maintain it’s position as the Colombian airline with the best domestic and international punctuality record.
